Shipping

Shipping is free in Canada for orders over $150.00 (before applicable taxes). For major cities, it typically takes 7-10 business days to receive your order. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to make arrangements (please note, expedited shipping is available at additional costs).

Shipping is a flat rate fee of $8.00 within Canada. All packages will be shipped via Canada Post.

Online return policy

At Precious Beginnings Boutique, we are not completely happy until you are. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send your unworn, not used, not washed merchandise (with tags still on)to us within 30 days of the invoice date. We will refund your credit card less shipping costs as soon as we receive your return (please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund). Unfortunately, any merchandise that is returned that we feel we cannot sell due to its condition, will not be refunded. Also we cannot refund merchandise that smells like smoke or has been exposed to pets due to allergies. Please note the following items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons:

• Breast Pumps (manual or electric)

• Breast pump parts and accessories

• Skincare products

• Teas

Online Exchange Policy

If you got the wrong size or need to exchange an item then go ahead and order the item or size youneed. Please make a note that you are returning merchandise when you checkout. However, your credit card will be charged again. But once you send the original item within 30 days of the originalreceipt and it passes our inspection (not worn, not washed, not used, tags still on), we will refund your credit card including the original standard shipping cost so you don’t have to pay shipping twice (applicable on your first exchange only).

Send your returns by regular mail or prepaid courier (you will not be reimbursed these fees) and be sure to include a copy of your invoice/receipt). CODs will not be accepted. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your credit card to be refunded.

In Store Purchases

When shopping at the boutique, we accept exchanges within 14 days with original receipt or gift receipt.Bras, intimate apparel, teas, pumps are final sale. Sale items are also final sale. We cannot offer refunds on in store purchases but can exchange (not worn, not washed, tags still attached) merchandise for new merchandise or for an in store credit.
