What size should I buy?

With the nursing tops buy the size that you are normally wear as these tops are designed for postpartum bodies.

When buying a nursing bra, remember that when you are in your third trimester, your rib band size (the number in your bra size) will not likely increase however it will decrease after birth. However at this stage, your milk likely has not come in yet and once it does your cup size (the letter) will increase on average at least one cup size. For example, if you are in your 36th week and your bra size is 34B, the 34 likely will not increase but you will likely become a C cup once your milk comes in so you will become a 34C).

What currency will I be charged in?

All charges will be in Canadian dollars.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. Sorry we do not accept any cheques.

Will I be charged taxes on my order?

The tax rate you will be charged is based on the province you reside in. Therefore for residents of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland, the tax rate you will be charged is 13%. For residents of British Columbia, the tax rate is 12%. All other Canadian residents will be charged 5%.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we only ship to Canadian addresses. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you would like packages shipped outside of Canada, please contact us to make arrangements (905-738-9642 or sales@preciousbeginnings.ca).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Your order is processed in real time, so we receive and begin to fill your order as soon as you place it. So if you made an error or need to change your order, please contact us immediately. If you want to cancel your order but it has already shipped, it will be handled as a return (please see our returns policy). If your order has not shipped, you can cancel your order and will be refunded the full amount less a $10 processing fee.
